The Team provides a social and friendly approach to circuit racing, where we focus on support and advice to all our competitors, ensuring a safe and cost effective route to racing.

The CRT aims to promote race fitness and inter-service competition and is currently competing as a team in the Armed Forces Race Challenge (AFRC).

Our goals are to grow novice and seasoned drivers to enable us to challenge for both the Team Championship in the AFRC and also the Inter-Services Championship, held each year at the 6hr Birkett Relay.

As most of you know our selected charity for 2020 is once again the Royal British Legion. Next weekend, 4 Apr, would have been our first round of the year at Silverstone with 750 Motor Club and the first opportunity for us to collect for them this year.

We know the vast majority of our drivers and supporters are intricately involved with the military's response to COVID-19 or are volunteering to support the NHS, however lets not forget that charities are incredibly important in this current time and they are still requiring our support.

We appreciate that times are hard for a lot of people at the moment but if you are still able to donate it would be exceptionally appreciated.

One of our team is deep into a Mk1 MX5 build. With 6 weeks left until lights out at Silverstone on 4 Apr, time is tight. However all should be completed in time to take the start in Class D of the Armed Forces Race Challenge.
