The Team provides a social and friendly approach to circuit racing, where we focus on support and advice to all our competitors, ensuring a safe and cost effective route to racing.

The CRT aims to promote race fitness and inter-service competition and is currently competing as a team in the Armed Forces Race Challenge (AFRC).

Our goals are to grow novice and seasoned drivers to enable us to challenge for both the Team Championship in the AFRC and also the Inter-Services Championship, held each year at the 6hr Birkett Relay.

Great work Ads. We’ll be in much better shape for RoR now and with a lot more understanding of the car.

So what’s the team members been upto over lockdown you ask?!
Well we will start with the teams Peugeot 206 GTI 140.
The car was beginning to show real signs of age and un love, this cars been a real work horse over the years with various members cutting their teeth driving it once gaining their race licences and it was in desperate need of a re fresh. So Keith set about giving it some much needed love.

Car has been stripped, wiring loom thinned out, sound deadening removed, dash flocked, blower unit reinstalled, cage and interior painted, exterior tidied up, a full wrap in team colours, brake overhaul, door cards, new seat, harness and many other bits to get it to a great standard again πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Looking forward to seeing this out on track again πŸš™πŸ’¨

Glad I can support youπŸ‘ŒπŸ»

A long overdue brake upgrade to the team's Peugeot 206 Gti. Gone are the standard brake lines, original calipers and master cylinder. These have been upgraded to a full set of HEL Performance braided lines, Carbone Lorraine CL Brakes UK RC6 front pads, 23mm master cylinder and Peugeot 306 GTi6 front calipers. Fluid has also been refreshed with Motul RBF600 fluid from Opie Oils.

Big thank you to HEL Performance, Carbone Lorraine CL Brakes UK and Opie Oils for your continued help and support to our team and the Armed Forces Race Challenge.
