Car Racing Team
The Team provides a social and friendly approach to circuit racing, where we focus on support and advice to all our competitors, ensuring a safe and cost effective route to racing.
The CRT aims to promote race fitness and inter-service competition and is currently competing as a team in the Armed Forces Race Challenge (AFRC).
Our goals are to grow novice and seasoned drivers to enable us to challenge for both the Team Championship in the AFRC and also the Inter-Services Championship, held each year at the 6hr Birkett Relay.

Home of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Car Racing Team, providing access to competitive car racing for all serving and reservist personnel of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines.
A brilliant weekend for the team in the Armed Forces Race Challenge at Donington Park with 750 Motor Club. Some highs with Mike taking a full set of Class D wins and also a Points 3rd place in Race 2. Some great battles in Class D with both our BMW E87 116s out on track and also the team's Peugeot 206 GTi.A couple of lows with Ads's engine expiring and Sean's gear selector breaking - both forcing retirements in Race 1 and having to sit out Race 2. Pictures and race report to follow, but in the interim here's a video of Race 1 of Keith in his Mini R53 starting from the back of the grid (mechanical issues in qualifying) and making his way from 36th to 12th.
